We are living through a time of great change. The recent U.S. election is a stark reminder that our nation's history never stayed in the past. It lives in and around us.

Instead of being paralyzed with fear, I invite you to join me in an intimate group setting to dive deep into your activism through embodiment, ritual, reflection, and daily prompts of empowerment.
​
There are certain things we can only learn through groups. This moment in time is a gift that can be uncovered with fellow changemakers who will sojourn alongside you for 3 months-- an entire season-- and assist you in becoming your most aligned, activated, and aware self.

You don't have to journey alone. This is a brave space that we will co-create together for those unwilling to spiritually bypass and own not only their privilege, but their power as well. If you're ready to feel engaged, empowered, and equipped for what's to come, this is what's included:

Daily courage challenges, reflection prompts, and affirmations to guide you through this season of remembering and reclaiming your power.

90 min live group zoom meeting every other Thursday at 6pm MST from the Winter Solstice to the Spring Equinox. (7 sessions: December 19, January 2, 16, 30, February 13, 27, March 13)
